I filed a ticket with WPI netops.. there's about a 0.05% chance they'll actually do it. If they don't do it, is CCP saying I'm out of luck and I should close my accounts?

Any chance at a small skillpoint reimbursement/bonus? I've been paying for a game I cannot play for 4 days because of a change on CCP's end... it kinda falls under the category of "extended downtime" IMO

In terms of GM responses / feedback, I am beyond impressed. I still can't believe they called a school's helpdesk to ask for some information. As far as customer support goes, I take back any previous negative comments I might have said about CCP....
